This week for Maths we had to research something and put it on a graph. We had to have 3 statements, one general statements and why we choose the graph we choose.

This week it's been a carry on from what we were learning lat week. We created a building that we think should be in Christchurch.We pretend that we had unlimited money so we could think where every our mind takes us. I worked with Jimi this week. Here is me Jimi's dome design.

This week we for maths we pretend we were a warriors chosen by your Rangatira to lead a rescue mission. You are safe at home at Kaiapoi Pa but have heard news of your kinsmen in distress. Ōnawe Pa is under attack and you must get there as soon as possible to rescue those who are under threat and help fight against Te Rauparaha’s advancing war party. We had to answer these questions

Here is some of my working.

How long it would by land 67.2km. It's south then east.

The fastest way from Kaiapoi to Ōtautahi is 56.2km. It's south east

Fastest way by boat 113km. It's south then south east then south again then west and lastly north.

The direction is South east.

This week all of our tasks were around Pa's ( Maori village )  For Reading we read some different books about it and pretended to be a real estate agent and tried to sell a pa. Here is a Link to the site. This week for maths we learned about tree diagrams and possibility for our create we had to answer questions about the tree diagrams that we created. We also had to show the possibility of something in real life so me, Ethan and Archie did the possibility of making making a three point shot and a half court.
