This week our goal was use “show not tell” when appropriate for writing. We had to write about are place to stand. Here is my work.

The sea is a wavy piece of hair or a flat pancake. It’s unpredictable. The crackling noise of the waves and the roar of the motor as you rip through the water with your skis. The familiar taste of the berrie ice cream. The memoirs that are being built like legos. Your teeth gritting as you push up the Mountain track.The vast beach with the bright sand twinkling between my toes. The video game like experiencing as you rush through the jump tracks. This place is where memories are made.
